Rice Ball for the Weekend.

Like I promised  Babzy two months ago, today we're going to make some Onigiri or rice balls. Here are the ingredients, rice, salt, nori or dry seaweed and some fillings: pickles, caviar, and salted veggies.
First, wash your hand and sprinkle some salt.

Second, take some rice and add filling,
Next, shape the rice using both your hand, do it exactly like the image above. Roll the rice in your hand several times.
Until it shapes like a triangle (thing to ponder :)). Repeat again from the first step with different fillings.
Wrap it with nori and arrange it on a plate. Now it's ready for you.
Happy weekend, Everyone.

  6. It's up to you to fill it. I like caviar, sometimes tuna, or shrimp or chicken, but not pickles for sure :). It's easy to make, however, there are some steps to follow and Japanese people always obey it. Plan to make onigiri in Tuscany? ;).
